Abstract

Health is the main thing for human life. The drug information service should be able to provide understanding to interested individuals who are needed to perform a task or activity. Determining the direction of providing drug information plays a crucial role in improving the quality of patient’s lives and providing quality services to patients. This research aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction with drug information services the Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Public Health Center Cilacap Utara II. Method : This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample was obtained using the Solvin formula. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Results : The results of this study revealed in a good and satisfactory category. The level of patient satisfaction consists of 24 indicators of P01 – P24, with 7,8% of respondents stated not satisfiel 4,9% of respondents stated less satisfiel, 15,34% of respondents stated satisfiel, 36,95% of respondents stated quite satisfiel, and 35,00% of respondents stated very satisfiel. The average score in these findings is 77,29.
